I came across an article that said that coffee actually increases your insulin resistance
knowing this what can I do to counteract that from happening. Is there a supplement I should take with the coffee or is it something I don't need to worry about

I use coffee now and then as a pre workout when I am super tired. Only a single cup of black coffee though.
Coffee has little impact on insulin if any.
