220lbs on the ISO Lateral Chest press
Hey guys, we all have our favourite and least favourite machines at the gym. I love the iso lateral chest press. I can lift 100kg/220lbs on there now, I feel like that’s pretty good but have no way of measuring the achievement. Is it a good weight to do?

that's a good weight, iso lateral chest press is legit and you can get a good clean chest press
i mix it with strong bench pressing

when i first started training at a gym that is all we had and i was only 15/16. it really helped me build a strong base so that when i did go to flat bench i was already pretty strong

Train hard on all machines and with good diet you will improve

Just measure against yourself and if you are progressing.

It's not bad. Esp for multiple sets. But 3.5-4 plates or more a side (70-80+ kilos) is a good mark to aim for
