Sometimes when I move my whole arm a certain way I feel sort of a cramp in my front delts. Also when I bend down, my hams cramp up. Would this be from my dnp cycle? This is my 2nd day after my two week cycle of it.
not sure what it is from, but try more water and potassium. Chances are the DNP beat the fuck out of your system. Cramping is a good sign of dehydration,
