I didnt want to waste all that eq if I wasnt gonna go full out so am using 250mgs of enanthate/wk and 200mgs of eq/ wk as maintainance. Im also using 25mcgs daily of t3 and 2 tabs clen pre workout. Insulin as well.
I started back at the gym on Tuesday very light though and am getting back in to the swing of things. Gotta be careful not to damage my chest again.
