I have suffered from Crohn's my whole life and I've always been deficient in B12
when I was a kid I would have to go to the hospital once a year for emergency procedures it got so bad. My doctor has always wanted me to take B12 but they are super expensive to go in to get them. Is there a source that has that it's where I can just buy it online that you trust and how much do you recommend I use
you need to look into 2 things
1. b12 injections, napsgear has them
2. fasting fasting fasting. crohns can be controlled through fasting
do b12 injections naps has them, thats not a problem
but you should do a lot of fasting like clean up your diet
domestic supply also has b12 and yes fasting is great for the gut
b12 is like 1 injection 1 ml per day be careful not to overdose

make sure you talk to your doctor with b12 injections
