I don't want to stop it :-( is there anyway around it? I feel that my eyes get heavy after 10 minutes with my head on a pillow.. I've been on it for about 3 weeks now, maybe 4? But I really don't wNt to stop

if you read the bottle it tells you not to continue running it forever. they are strong herbs, and you don't want to get hooked on them for life

I LOVE my n2sleep too. To be able to keep using for longer than 8 weeks, I use it on a 5 days on, 2 days off protocol. Basically I use it throughout the week, and use something different like phenibut on the weekend, then pick back up with the n2slin again throughout the week.
