I'm brand spanking new here, so be nice. )
I'm training for my first comp that's toward the end of October. My stats: age 33, 125 lbs, 13% bf, 5'5" and I'm looking to gain about 10 lbs (if at ALL possible) and get down to 8-9% bf.
I'm considering taking some supps other than creatine, glut, and fat burners. I.E. testosterone? Gear? I have no clue whatsoever of where to start. I really need to pack on some muscle. I can do that and lean out, but of course there is some muscle loss when I do that, too.
I hope this was fairly clear. Any suggestions?
