why not just do the cardio after you workout?.....I don't think it's overtraining as your not lifting twice a day but to go in for only a 20 min cardio session seems like a waste of time to me.....
I've been doing 60 minutes of cardio every morning, then train at night 12 hours later. Non-training days I do my 60 minutes in the morning, and another 60 minuites of cardio at night.
