When I use steroids my skin Health gets really bad and I really need some advice on how to fix this issue. What are some supplements or creams that I can use while on cycle that can help with this
the best thing for skin is not necessarily what you take for it but what you DO NOT take
i recommend first thing you do is get a water filter for your shower. that will remove the nasty things from your water you bathe in. also watch what you use on the skin, a lot of products are no good
