They are brownish. They look exactly like the capsules you have there. BTW GLA is an oil in gel caps.

I have tried them on an empty stomach.. banana before taking.. I've taken 1 then 1 an hr later.. I have tried 2 at a time... I have taken 2 a day.. 4 a day... 6 a day... and nothing.. I don't know what's going on.. no rise in temp; I am starving and absolutely NO ENERGY!! That's why I thought I should ask... just in case I didn't actually get them.

I have no idea they give me no bad symptoms on empty or anything...I take 2 on empty, 2 after 15:00...I ma fine, no disorders...drink fluids...I think that may be a cause for tem not releasing their maximum potency...

I drink a ton of water... I honestly pee twice an hour.. I have always drank a ton of water.... even when I was a kid. I also feel quite bloated these days...
