hello out there in bodybuilding land just became a member today but been reading posts for over a year and thanx for the valuable info and hope to meet some new friends in the process well a little about me 33 years of age been lifting now for 8 years and will continue to do so .....five foot 9 185 and i am looking to growing a bit more maybe 15 pounds would be nice but this will take some effort and time and im willing to train my ass off for it .. well enough of me looking forward to your messages im have to go for my siesta zzzzzzz
