Working out around injuries

hey I got in a motorcycle accident and injured my wrist and ankle after falling off. Nothing too serious but a high ankle sprain and a sprained wrist is going to keep me out of the gym for about a couple months. How do I stay in shape during this time because I don't want to fall too far behind?
 
I would do legs if you have wrist issues, just lower body and abs
 
well injuring both ankle and wrist will make it hard to do much. the only thing i can recommend is rest at this point. a high ankle sprain is a tear of the soft tissues and people are under the false impression it isn't a serious injury, well i hate to break it to you people but it is very serious and is an injury that will linger for a long time if you don't rest it
