Excerpt: Hello everyone. I have what may be a pretty obvious question. So I work my traps twice a week on shoulder day and back day. I try to do multiple exercises on shoulder day, and I typically fatigue the hell out of my traps, but I知 not sore the next few days.... no big deal, but the day after I deadlift they a sore. I知 not sure if I just have terrible form when targeting my traps on shoulder day or what. Any ideas? Thanks!
