trailer for how to draw a bunny - artforum.com / video Last one, Ray Johnson, 'NYC's most famous 'underground' artist. It hits me how art and mysticism are somewhat labeled and sometimes separated, yet wrongly so. Dude had an insight into time and understanding of reality that well, straight up provokes you. You hear his tale, through a police officer, an agent, and a wealthy collector, and it all leaves you with the impression... that Ray saw things in and out of time, that most could not. One more specific hint... the agent who brings up her encounters, honestly implies that Ray left her Nostradumus like impressions about the when, where, event wise, in a most uncanny, manner. It's an arresting piece, to say the least. Lewis Caroll whimsical IRL. If you want explanations, don't watch this.
Similar to Princess and Warrior, is this Kurosawa classic. YouTube - The Sea is Watching (2002) trailer
LOL... I know right, I thought it was so fucked up. Asian directors, pulling all stops to get to U.
YouTube - Old Boy Trailer Old Boy.
LOL, You are so funny. Lemme find that trailer. It's bout a guy who gets locked in a hotel room for 15 years, and he doesn't even know why, he has 3 days to find out why, and 'get his captors back'.
LOL, trust me. U will so dig those movies. I got a 'feel' for some of your tastes, and I'm purty sure, those choices will rock the house. Also, check out Old Boy, I'll hoist up the trailer, on your profile, lata. LOL, Thandie, my Significant Other. We met through EF, as she used to be a mentor, helping out with nutrition. We've been together for almost 2 years, and in August, moving to her town, NYC for post grad doctoral program. We have been long distancing it, and I'm broke with the flights, so yeah... it will be easier.
Okay here are a few. First person, by Errol Morris. Here is a 1 hour clip of 1 story of many. They kick you out of your own perspective, and provide a transition to another. Good stuff. U gotta watch part 1-9, of this clip. The trail is right there 4 U. YouTube - One hell of a tale (part 1) Realms of the Unreal. Meet a documentary on the only Janitor's whose art is now being sold for millions. He wrote the longest epic novel in history. Longer than the Mahbarata, or over 30,000 pages long. Wow. Modern Day Lewis Caroll, and then some. YouTube - IN THE REALMS OF THE UNREAL - trailer 5Obstrctions... The ultimate mind game, goes through the 5 senses and a cunning thriller based on distorting one's perception. Great Ending. YouTube - The Five Obstructions movie trailer preview from cheapflix
I love Alice In Wonderland. I really dig Lewis Carrol. He wrote Jabberwocky, which was confronting this monster in the woods. Has several metaophorical meanings... Anyway, hell yeah I wanna see that. Better Flick. IMO.
LOL, ooops. Hell Yeah. Have it by this evening. Sorry Trex. How was Splice?
