I eat pasta maby two to three times a month is this something I should stay away from?
How are lunchmeats for lunch, ham and turkey mostly?
I'm not sure where to begin. I'm 18 in school and have never been on any set diet or working out schedule. I am looking to lose some gut and get a little more definition. I'm not really looking for a real drastic diet. Something like a three meal a day with some workout routine to improve...
