I weigh 76-77 kilos
Dont know my body fat but im very lean like only a very small amount arount the weist line.
I did kick boxing and boxing since i was 15 and started gym almost 3 years ago, you can see my profile photo it shows my body type but was 2 months ago and i am a bit more lean now and a bit more muscle, I have changed my diet from then a lot, now eating 6-8 times a day smaller meals and always high in protein, protein skakes 4 times a day about 80 to 90% protein.
