Is it ok to have two cheat days on the weekend if I'm staying below 60 carbs M-F. Also, I plan on really carbing up on sat. and moderate 200-250 carbs on sunday.
I am currently 182 lbs, 5'11'', and 12% bf. I workout three times a week and do cardio three times a week. I am trying to do a low carb diet to lose bf down to around 7-8%. This is what I've been told to do.
Monday 60 g Carbs
Tuesday 60 g
Wednesday 90-100 G
Thursday 60 g
