I figured I would give it a shot and PM you directly instead of posting because there is so much argument on a oral only cycle just to boost me about 10 pounds. I was thinking about dbol/avar/nolva/liv52/ 6 weeks LIV for PCT..? I am not in a good location for needles so I am stuck with just orals. Do you have any suggestions at all? Would I keep a good amout of gains? I train hard and will continue to train even though I notice my size drop a little, just need a boost for moral! lol
I agree. Taekwondo is the most aesthetic and the humanly one. I probably will never do others as I plan a pro career in this. But learning more of self-defense wouldnt hurt. Which one do you advise in that case??
bro no offense, but i've done every form of martial arts you can think of....nothing compares to mma training...you do grappling, takedowns, striking, wrestling, jujitsu, everything....you train to hurtand break not as asthetic as taekwando but def. more - much more dangerous
what kind of training are you in? you should attend my conditioning class right after my jujitsu and mma classes...you would die lol
