    Sorry for the lengthy post. I've been suffering with elbow pain for the last year. I had golfers elbow before and A.R.T helped a lot. I started lifting again and two months later I reinjured it. Now A.R.T isn't helping at all. The pain in the inside of my elbow is so strong when I extend or curl my arm. Can someone please help? 13 years of training is going down the shitter quick
