I'm glad to see you around.
Stef: Wednesday I was eating a calzone at Vino's when Graham Cobb walked in. I told him that I'd just seen "Towncraft" for the first time and he laughed and said "Yeah, The Story of Burt Taggert, As Told By Me!" "When we went and saw that at the film festival, I had to reassure Burt that I don't really sit around cemetaries talking about him all the time."
Yo Stef, I watched that documentary all the way through. It was funny seeing so many people I've worked with. The black dude with the artwork, Victor, died last year. I think he dropped in his tracks from a massive stroke or MI. Two of my favorite local bands of all time, Il Libretina and Boondogs, got some good interview time and one of my favorite local songwriters, Kevin Kerby, got some good exposure as well (he's the short plump guy with red hair). I never really liked any of Burt Taggert's bands (the bald guy who was featured throughout the film). Thanks for the link!
