Whey is a fast digesting protein, great pre and post workout and first thing in morning but fails in comparisom to a blend of protein powders (milk, egg, casein, whey etc) as the digestion is slower and thus supplies the body with a steadier flow of amino acids over a prolonged period. Get me?
