Update on IP WInny and GAC Para....

this is my first time with both companies, I was on Sust for 10 weeks, gained around 20 lbs, Karachi amps, not IP Sust, I started IP WInny in week 8, and have been on for 6 weeks now, all strength stayed, and put on 2 lbs since quiting Sust about 4 weeks agoe, I started GAC para a week agoe tommorow, today's workouot was the strongest ever for me. Just thoought I"d give an update since I see everyone asking about both a lot, both companies are doing me great!!!
