Ya I think thats it too...I figured out the mixer length but I think its the protein thats doing me in. It got a pseudo-fluff and didnt taste half bad though. Ill pick up some ON soon.
Damn. You fucked up lol I use a pyrex bowl and a hand mixer. It fluff up ok. I think you need pure casein to get a true fluff.
I like mixed berries and blackberries the best. Raspberries are too strong of a flavor imo. Teamskip should work. let me know how awesome it is
Maybe an ounce. I start to mix the berries and powder then add the milk as needed.
I use one cup of berries per one scoop of protein. I typically do two and two. Believe it or not it pretty damn filling. Basically I nuke two cups of berries for 30-45 seconds to take the frost off. I then add two scoops of powder and a few splashes of skim milk. I use a hand mixer on low to get it started for a minute or so then I nix on high for two or three minutes. I'm not sure how this would work with a whey protein. Martin recommends a pure casein. I've been using trutein which is 40% casein. It's good shit. Choco banana and chocolate dipped strawberry flavors ftw

I've been using a cheapo hand mixer and it works ok. You have to mix the shit out of it to make it fluff. My mom has one of those fancy standing mixers that'd be perfect since you can start the mixer then walk off. I'm gonna go by there and "borrow" it from her haha I made some carnitas Saturday. I made a four pound butt and it's already gone lol

Thanks man. I'll prolly wait until Saturday to cook it up. I have a shit ton of chicken and beef to eat first. I just hit upperbody after 16 hours of fasting. Fasted training is so much more intense. If I could only train fasted everytime. My schedule fucking sucks though. I'm gonna try and get at least two days of fasted training in per week. I think it would greatly speed up my rippedness.
