Yeah, feeling better. Sorry I have'nt posted recently, I figured out I was asking to much advice and not taking any of it
Managed to get in a workout of some sort everyday since Monday, but my legs are toast and so are my energy levels....May rest today, or not. (It's from all the resting that I feel and look the way I do)
Otherwise, how are you doing? Where are you based, in the middle east? Can't figure out the flag under your avatar, thinking it was Lebanon?
