you could start with the deadlifts, but this setup seems like plenty of volume if you do it right. the pullups alone are a lot in their own right.
eat dinner at say 7pm. then just don't eat again till 7pm the next day. i would workout before you eat dinner. let your body rest during that fast instead
halve the LGD dose. i would also add in n2slin before meals
man 4 pounds is a lot of weight considering none of that was water and fat
