Why are you doing that iggy? I would add 5g of sugar free metamuceil to two of those shakes and up to 15g of fishoil a day.
have to SL. pancreas is acting up. going easy on it for a couple days. i bought orange roughy, salmon, tuna, milk, eggs, 10lbs red meat, strawberries/blueberries, sushi, low sodium v8 splash, chocolate milk, ww bread, kashi honey cereal, cottage cheese, tabasco sauce, spinach and other greens, and tons of chicken today
needto's bars are awesome, but you if you are trying to cut up, you best watch your intake and do the low sugar recipe for sure.
back and red meat today!

hey guys....it was a great weekend for grilling. I grilled steak, tuna and chicken and veggies. I am all set for the week.
nice. have never grilled veggies. gotta try it.

doing great here....I really need something different for breakfast. Eggs Eggs & more Eggs.....yawn. Anyone have suggestions? I also do oatmeal.
