So what makes you think the ticket will be dismissed? cause you have pics of other people breaking the same law...or different laws? Thats funny. the judge does not care that the officer didnt ticket the other people. they might not have been there when he wrote you or hell he might have gotten a call to investigate the taggers in you neighborhood and didnt have time to write anymore.lol....thats not going to be a good defense if you go to court....
That's how much I would take for it to be sold. In other words, I'm not looking to sell.
Actually I expect the judge to be as much of a douche as the cop who wrote the ticket and make me pay the fine.
How about some suggestions?
I would just take in the photos that you have. One would think the judge would look at that and think it's a major waste of his time and yours and dismiss it.
That's really what I plan on doing. The ticket doesn't say location of violation, and when I show the judge that it is in my own driveway, he will hopefully use common sense and dismiss it and hopefully the policeman gets word that what he did was totally dick.
This really is such an absurd thing to write a ticket like this.
