hey im 16, and am just starting to begin my training again. i was wondering if anyone could suggest a proper diet and training routine that would help me.
glad to see some people start early everyone will have something different to say but I would suggest a pyramid of 10, 8, 6, 4, 2. This will put on a little size and will keep you cut. Play around with the weights, make sure on the 2 that you go as heavy as you can (with a spotter). That is just my suggestion bro!
