a Question about Sex and Catholicism

IMO alot of values catholics have are outdated. I am catholic but I dont believe in some of the outlandish things that are "bad" for you. Sex before mariage is a must, i belive in abortion, i believe in using birth control. As for the priests refraing from sex I belive its an old tradition is my guess, dont know what the reason would be
