In most men it is a very weak muscle because they use it ONLY when they cum, and they cum only infrequently and not powerfully. The process of strenghtening your PC muscle consists of a series of flexing or tightening the muscle, then trying to hold, so at the moment of orgasm the male is able to hold back the fluid and refrain while still having orgasm.

The (2) exercises that you will need to be doing to enhance your sexual power are named " cut-offs" and "Kegels". ALL male and females perform "cut off's" when they are through passing urine and forcefully expel the last few drops. When you perform a forcefull cut-off you are literally turning off a faucet, so when the machinery within your faucet(PC muscle) becomes powerfull you will easily be able to turn it off at a point of orgasm.

"Kegels" can be performed anywhere at anytime. They consist of tightening the anal sphincter and the muscles at the base of the penis. When you do a correct Kegel your penis will move slightly. You are doing kegels when you have an erection and you tighten and make your penis move up and down.

Once you get use to tightening and flexing you PC muscle there are other ways this can be performed using your erection and a bath towel: You simply hang a towel over your erection and rasie and lower your penis from 50-100 times. The idea is to give the penis some extra work to do. As muscles get stronger, the erection will get harder, partly from the increased blood supply the excerise is causing your body to provide. GO SLOWLY at first, but within a week or 10 days you should be able to perform 300 forceful Kegels a day. Within two months your muscles will be several times as strong as when you started.

The male who possesses a really powerful PC can maintain a firm erection for hours and enjoy more ecsatic orgasms during ONE sex episode than most men enjoy in a month! Not to mention what it'll do for your lady!

it works for real!! takes a bit of time to get the strength up, but its worth it.. during sex, it is hard to psychologically make yourself "clamp-off" but if you repeat the buildup a few times, and get your girl off a few more times, then its your turn.. and when you finally let go

Actually I decided to try it after I start having sex again. (been a number of months) I've already had problems only being able to cum while I was really pounding the chick from behind or w/ her legs on my shoulders...otherwise I cant.
