Many colleges allow you to create your own classes under the supervision of the professor and the department. At my alma mater you could custom tailor your entire major. Yeah but in these classes that may include objectionable material, students know about it beforehand. You are right, it has to be handledcunder full disclosure. People who take such classes know what kind of material will be involved beforehand.
