BDO is 1,4 butandiol
Both are precursors to GHB and have to be converted in the body by your liver. BDo is currently legal for sale as a cleaning agent, but not for consumption.
I currently take BDO everynight before bed around 12AM and then again around 4AM. That cool mellow feeling before you go to bed is what will get your ass hooked if you start venturing into the day with use.
