on an empty stomach ...

Lets say I have these 'libido' pills that say "take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily on an empty stomach. Well after taking them on an empty stomach, how long after that is it alright to eat? Immediatly? 10mins? an hour? Ok I think thats my only question. Thanks

I think the standard is no food 2 hrs b4 or 1 hr after.....You'll have to let us know when it finally happens!

ok, no food 2 hours before or 1 hour after... got it ....hm, thats going to be hard to do in the morning then ill have to like wake up earlier and go back to sleep or something
