R rickcorso Guest Sep 27, 2002 #2 i know this wont really help you but...when im maintaining, I just eat like a normal person (3-4 regular ordinary meals @ about 2500-3000 cals/day). It works really well. When Im cutting/bulking though, its a different story.

M Mischief New member Sep 27, 2002 #3 If I'm maintaining at a pretty low bf%, then about 2500k, 50/30/20, P/C/F. Carbs may get a little higher than that if I'm more active than usual.
