It's a prescription. You won't be able to get it unless your doctor writes you a prescription.
Your best bet would be to research what the drug is used to treat and then book an appointment with your doctor and explain that you have all those symptoms.
Whether or not the doctor writes you a prescription is at his discretion but if you really want the drug, that's going to be your best bet.

With weight loss, it just comes down to being in a caloric deficit EVERY SINGLE DAY! I stress that because you cant just do it a few days per week and fuck off on the weekends. You will just spin your wheels. If appetite is your problem then look into an EC stack. Ephedrine and Caffeine will crush your appetite. They are not toys though but are harsh stims so they should not be taken lightly.
