Working out for a month after 3 years break - I think "N0 - Explode" helped a lot. Please comment on my pre- post nutrition.

I do a protein shake 1.5 hours before workout, and immediately after with glutamine and grape juice. "N0 - Explode" (creatine + N0) 0.5 before.

I also take tribulus in the morning and 6-oxo at night.

I am getting back to exercising after 3 years break. I am 34. I am very happy with the results "in the mirror" and with strenth gain with the above nutrition in just one month of working out every day (weights one day/cardio next day, abs every day). I think my muscles remember the way they used to be. :)

When should I take Amino Acids L-leucine L-isoleucine L-valine - before or after?

When should I take CLA?
