Excerpt: This question always crosses my mind, I know supplements are just the icing on the cake, but can one grow just off whole food?, like 5-6 big whole food meals including post workout. No supplements at all.

    Whole foods only?

    Actually you are better off eating clean whole foods than using supplements for sure. That is the ideal way to get what you need to grow

    The only reason we use supps is in lieu of food. If you can do what's needed with food then go right ahead.

    I'm confused by your question

    for 2M years humans ate just whole natural foods from the earth. processing fake foods did not come along until the 1900's and on.

    we survived famines, wars, battles, climate change, plagues, floods, storms, etc. during that time doing it that way. yet now people think they need to eat foods from a package or take supplements to function? wow, shame on us for allowing food companies to dictate what we are supposed to eat
