Whole chicken vs Chicken breast

I started buying the whole chicken because its cheaper than breasts and has more nutrients at 200g of protein per 2lb. What do you guys prefer?

Google says on a lb vs lb basis breast qwins:

One-half pound of roasted chicken breast contains more than 70 grams of protein. If you prefer dark meat, a half pound of cooked thigh meat provides about 59 grams of protein. One-half pound of chicken drumstick meat offers more than 64 grams of protein.

I eat boneless skinless chicken breast since it's lower in fat and calories. It's also super simple to cook.

If you are looking to bulk and aren't worried about the extra calories, roasted whole chickens are awesome. You can through the whole chicken in the oven and get a couple meals out of it.

Boneless skinless chicken breast is going to be the least amount of calories and basically just pure protein. Both are good options though so just switch it up.
