I'm 5'11" 235lbs right now. But I'd puke if forced to eat a dozen whole eggs.

I guess I eat a bit different then alot of you guys. I eat small meals frequently. I MUST eat every 4 hours, even during sleep.

I also don't get much over 200 grams of protein a day, maybe 250 on a good day, but usually only around 200.

I really don't like protein shakes, haven't had one in awhile.

morning: 2 scoops whey, 2 eggs, oats
mid afternoon- 3 tblsps natty pb, can of tuna, 16oz skim milk
lunch: roast beef and chicken breasts, turkey on wheat, 16oz skim milk
mid evening- 3 tblsp natty pb, can of tuna or chicken burrito
dinner: slices of lean beef, chicen breast, turkey on wheat

workout

post work out- 3 scoops whey w/ oats
2 hours later- lean beef or tuna w/ olive oil

these vary (depending on what the shit cafeteria at my university is serving,) but im usually getting in between 300-400 grams of protein a day (im at a bodyweight of 220-225lbs) and if my girlfriend is cooking i can eat well over that lol

now we know how everyone gets their protein... now how do you guys get in your calories when bulking?

I try natty PB w/ every meal, nlarge2, and fast foods

Then most important thing...How the hell do you get the money to afford all that food??...do you get food stamps?.

I have to force anything over 250grams. Also for me the problem with those big meals is that if I eat one I am full for like 5 hours. I'd rather try to continuously eat throughout the day and keep the number of shakes as low as possible. I really interested to try that canned chicken though.

I get it in and I work all the time and have a family. This is how I do it:

5:00am wake up Protein shake 50gr

7:00am in office 2 protein bars, 2 bagels 40gr

11:00am lunch can of chicken 75gr

12:00pm business
lunch (sometimes) chicken, fish or beef 50gr

2:00pm snack 2 cans of tuna 65gr

5:00pm before
leaving office 2 cans of tuna 65gr

7:00pm dinner
w/family beef usually 75gr

9:00pm before bed protein shake 50gr

Total Protein: approx 450grams.

I really don't have to prepare any food and I can eat 2 cans of tuna in around 2 minutes. I do worry about all the sodium though.

Stillgoing - That's good layout for a busy work schedule, how large are the portions, and when do you train.....?????
