Whats the easiest way to get 400+ grams protein everyday?

50 grams per serving??

What about all that I have read in the past as far as that the body can only process as up to 50 or so grams at a time.
 
In my case that was just while on cycle. I'll lower it to 200-250 grams eventually as I lower calories too.
 
The "meals" I posted were just the protein portion, which are harder/more expensive to get.
Adding some rice, olive oil, and other things, total was 3700 calories, 400g protein, 300g carbs, 100g fat.
 
12 eggs breakfast with milk is 100 for breakfast alone

and for dinner a 1 lb of beef and milk is 120 grams of protein for me


just 2 meals
 
I find that canned tuna(2), canned chicken(2),three shakes a day(mixed double with yogurt), and then topped off with 3-5 chicken breasts.

Where there is a will theres a way.

12 whole eggs for breakfast?
And a quart of milk?

That's a big meal.

How much do you weigh?
