I would like to say first great board here and lots of helpfull people =)
My question is what sortof diet I should go on to get cut im 24 years old and 200lbs which I have been working out for about 2 years . Should it be a low carb/low fat/high protien? and do cardio and abs
and for supplemnt use i was thinking some sort of protien that doesnt have lots of Carbs in ( What one u guys recomand?)
and vitamins and l-glutamin.
i want this to be a all natrual,
