What seasonings do you use ?

Garlic, onion, chives, chimichurri, cumin, cloves, ginger, calabrian pepper, chilli pepper, parsley, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, celery, sweet or spicy paprika and coriander.

These are the ones that I always have in my kitchen.

I was wondering what kind of seasoning you guys use on meats that are tasty but also healthy.

I've a couple of tubs of dried herbs. But I usually have my meat as it comes.
 
Check out the Mrs.Dash seasonings. Most major grocery store chains carry them. They are salt free and very good.
