What to put on chicken??

I usually make a dry rub with garlic powder, thyme, Tony Hatcher's seasoning and crushed black pepper. Sometimes I'll throw on some Caraway seeds for an extra kick. It is really easy, has no fat, no additional calories and make the chicken taste great. Just get some spices and use your imagination. After a while you'll be able to change it up a lot.

I make this bbq sauce with splenda (sucralose)...no sugar baby ;)

Ingredients

1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 cup water
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. SPLENDA® Granular

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients.

Its pretty tastey :)

But my favoritetopping for chicken breast is Spicey Thai Peanut Sauce:

Ingredients

½ cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
2 garlic cloves, quartered
1 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh ginger
1 small fresh hot pepper, cleaned, and diced
¼ cup peanut oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. SPLENDA® Granular
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
¼ cup strong tea

Directions

1. In a food processor, puree all the ingredients to make an almost smooth sauce. If you used chunky peanut butter, the sauce will be more textured but just as delicious.

BUT......I usually cut out the added peanut and sesame oil and increase the amount tea to get the right consistancy. Or if you need the fats, you might try some flax oil might taste good as well.

Just make sure your using all natural peanut butter (Smuckers Chunky is my favorite :))

I marinade mine in Italian Dressing.

Bake it. Maybe a little black pepper.

Of course, I would love to wrap it in bacon, stick a toothpick in, grill it, and then melt cheddar cheese on top.

But I would never do that........

Not a problem underguy ;)....I love that Thai Peanut Sauce....just talking about it, I think I'm gonna have to whip myself up another big batch of that stuff...

I usually make 2-3 times the receipe and just keep it in the fridge for weeks.

I use different bar b que sauces. Sometimes I marinate them in teriyaki sauce at least 30 min before I bake. I bake it w/ onions on top sometimes. There's many options.

I bake chicken with a small amount of Indian spices, they also help digestion and they have a lot of healthy vitamins. I do not use oil so it is completely useful.
