What to eat for 'picky' eatin' ^^

What are some protein suggestions for someone who won't eat red meat, or use protein shakes, or tofu, or tuna?

also what is a reccomended number to shoot for if they're trying to get muscle definition and lose weight at the same time?

reps would be about 12-15 4 or 5 sets

The question is vague....I would shoot for 1-2g protein/lb of bodyweight, it all depends on the body structure and other factors.

As far as food, almonds/walnuts and such, tofu and protein shakes, fish, chicken, turkey, eggs, cheese, but overall I think it's fairly limited.
