    What to eat for breakfast?

    Hi guys,


    Just after some help regarding breakfast!


    Would a 3 egg omlette and 3 wheetabix with milk be exceptable?


    Im currently trying to clean bulk and weigh 13 stone 4 Pound

    good quality eggs are a good option if you are a person who eats breakfast.

    i'm not sure what wheetabix is, sounds like cereal. remember cereal is highly processed and usually drenched in sugar. it is marketed to children, just turn on cartoons for a reason. this epidemic of my generation having gluten allergies is thanks to growing up consuming cereal everyday

    Scrambled would be better and use skimmed milk.

    I often eat eggs at breakfast. Bulking my muscles was not as easy as i thought. So following a good diet plan is not much easy. So i am trying to keep myself focused on such diet for bulking my muscles.
