What do you drink?

I was wondering what you guys drink during the day and how much. Let's give an example today I had one Red Bull, one Starbucks coffee, and maybe half a cup of water all day. But then I read guys who say they drink 1 gallon of water a day which seems ridiculous. what do you really drink all day
