what to do when you miss a meal while bulking

I was wondering if you miss break fast, lunch or dinner while your are and you need to take that certain qty of protein a day to keep bulking, for example if you miss lunch do you eat bigger meal for dinner or if you miss break fast do you eat twice as much for lunch? thank you.
 
you panic! you will lose all your muscle without protein!

lol..

i am obviously joking. missing a meal isn't going to shrink your muscles like the supplement companies want you to believe. and you don't need 3X your bodies weight in g's of protein.. hell you don't even need 2X.. or 1.5X

you do need to be consistent though during a bulk, this means trying to stay in a caloric surplus daily. alot of guys fail at bulking cause they don't eat enough consistently.. so the straight answer is missing a meal here and there won't do a thing to hurt you, but doing it often will
 
Just don't stress about it. A good idea is to get a bottle of the supplement GEAR from n2bm. If you know you could miss a meal here and there it is a great product to take between meals.
 
The MOST important thing at the end of the day is your total calorie and macronutrient intake. Worrying about meal timing is like an extra 5%. 95% is your daily totals at the end of the day.

If you miss a meal, just make up for the missed calories at the rest of your meals throughout the day.

Worrying about a missed meal really doesn't matter. Remember that it takes your body about 8 hours to fully digest a meal. If you eat 4 bigger meals vs 5 smaller meals because you missed a meal it will really make no real world difference at the end of the day.
