What is different about the breasts vs legs?

Apart from the bone, is there any difference between the chicken meat from the legs, and the breasts? For some reason I noticed that only breasts are recommended. Is there a real reason for that?

The meat found in different parts of the chicken's body will be all the same, so you need not concentrate too much on the breasts. As longs as you take the fat and skin off, there should be no problems at all.

Breast meat is much leaner and lower in calories then leg meat.

They're also easier to eat. Boneless chicken breast is straight meat. With a chicken leg, you have to get the meat off the bone. If you are trying to eat at your desk at work, it can get messy.

Chicken breast is a little easier to cook with in my opinion when you just buy boneless skinless. In the end just get whichever one you want.
