    they are excellent for you. always eat fruits and vagatables no matter what your goal is. .berries, strawberries, apples, pears. real fruit is always better than juice though.

    Fruits are good in moderation,eat fruit early in the day or as a snack,total cals in vs cals out determines fat loss,

    If you are on a strict cutting diet, then sugar in all forms is out, period. That's not to say you have to give up carbs completely, but sugar must be eliminated, and that includes fruit. While I would never suggest cutting fruit out of your diet forever, it will hinder your cutting diet goals.

    berries are very good/healthy fruits:

    rich in vitamin C and A
    low fructose content
    low/moderate calories
    great taste
