Weight Gainers

Would you say that the calories that you will get out of the weight gainers like the ones at GNC are clean calories or not. I know the carb is high. Was wondering. Because I am getting tired of trying to eat so much. So I was going to cheat with these. Clean or not???

I think the carbs from most weight gainers are simple carbs. I use N-Large2 by Prolab and love it. It has about 60 grams of Protein, 120 carbs and 800+ cals per 4 scoop serving when mixed with 350ml of 1%milk. Very good stuff.

I'm with Mustang......NLarge2 is my favorite weight gainer. I love the Taste and it doesn't leave me bloated.
